We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location.

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate, calculated at checkout
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible orders
• Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Red Wolf piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn and in its original condition
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
